Square Inch Price
All edge-to-edge designs are charged at 2.5 cents per square inch. For example, if your quilt top is 60" x 80", then 60" x 80" = 4800" x 0.025 = $120.

My minimum quilting charge is $50. This means that the square inch price for wall hangings or table runners will be rounded up to the $50 minimum.

Batting
I use and stock Quilter's Dream batting in queen-size rolls (93"). Currently, I stock 100% cotton in Select Loft and Deluxe Loft. If you'd like to use a different type of Quilter's Dream batting, I can special order it for you. You're also welcome to provide your own batting, if desired.
Batting is a separate charge and is NOT included in the square inch price.
I charge for batting by the linear inch, except in the case of special orders. I will use only what is needed for your quilt (smallest side + a 5" margin) and charge per inch.
For example, if you have a 60" x 80" quilt, I would cut 65" of the batting of your choice. 65" of 100% cotton Select Loft @ $0.36/in = $23.40.
Thread
I stock both Omni (#40 & #50 weight) and So Fine (#50) threads. All thread is included in your square inch price.
My personal style aims to match or blend thread color with the lighter areas of your quilt.

Photography
I'm not a professional photographer, but I do my best to take "nice" photos! Upon completing the quilting, I will take photos of your quilt in my well-lit studio and then text/email you those images to use however you would like. Please credit me for the photo and quilting if posting publicly. This extra service is included in your square inch price.
Shipping
Shipping to me: I live in Utah, USA, and would be happy to receive your top and backing by mail. I recommend sending your materials enclosed in some kind of sack or bag to protect against possible moisture in transit; then place the bag in a hard-sided cardboard box. Make sure the box is securely taped and labeled clearly.
Return shipping: I will send your quilt back to you in the manner described above via USPS Priority mail (using flat rate when possible). Priority mail comes with $50 of insurance and a tracking number; please indicate on your intake form if you would like me to buy any additional insurance on your behalf. It's a great idea to insure your valuables against loss or damage while with the Postal Service, but I don't require it.
Other Costs
As mentioned above, batting is not included in the square inch price. I'm required by the State of Utah to collect a 7% sales tax on the batting portion of an invoice. Shipping, quilting, and design/pantograph fees are not subject to sales tax.
